Refund Policy

At The Creator Hub, we provide digital products, recorded lectures, live classes, mentorship sessions, and educational resources. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all purchases are generally considered final.
1. No Refund Policy
Once a digital product, recorded course, live class access, mentorship program, or any educational material has been purchased and delivered, no refund, cancellation, or exchange will be provided.
This policy exists because digital products can be accessed instantly and cannot be returned.
2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered under the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Technical issue from our side resulting in complete non-delivery of the product
- Unauthorized transaction verified by the payment provider
Any refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.
3. Refund Approval
If a refund is approved after review, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
4. Live Classes & Mentorship
Failure to attend a live session, workshop, webinar, or mentorship program does not qualify for a refund.
5. Chargebacks
Users are encouraged to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent suspension from our platform.
